Tom Fitzmorris has been covering the food scene in New Orleans for nearly 50 years. Starting out at the Driftwood newspaper at UNO, his first dining column ran in 1972, and it reviewed The Flambeau Room, operated by Peter Sclafani. Due to Tom’s failing health, his wife and broadcast partner Mary Ann Fitzmorris, has picked up the mic and is carrying on the show, now in its 36th Year
