Mary Ann is a little under the weather today, and Don “the gourmet neighbor” Clemens graciously agreed to guest host with Patty.  Today, Don has “Ms X”, a server in a fine dining establishment here in NOLA, who is going to tell us about what servers expect from the customers.

In the 3 o’clock hour, we have Lindsay Allday, Oyster Sommelier, and Blake Offret, Executive Chef at Sidecar, in the warehouse district, where you can get raw scallops on the half shell, among other great seafood item, and eat on a beautiful pet friendly patio, a Kitchen | Sidecar Patio & Oyster Bar | New Orleans, LA (sidecarnola.com).

this weekend in Slidell. It’s a fund-raising walk to raise funds to end hydrocephalus, a brain condition that has no cure.
