They had supper at Katy’s.
She speaks of Pasta millanese from the Saint Joseph Altars ( sawdust from the floor of Saint Joseph’s

Saint Joseph’s Day…
HOUR TWO…
Mary-Ann interviews her guests: Jerry Greenbaum of the Choup House New Orleans, the Bon Ton
as well as several other restaurants in their restaurant groups based in Atlanta…
The corporation that Gerry owns is called CentraArchy containing 14 various restaurants
throughout the South.
They talk about the Choup House of New Orleans and the Bon Ton, also located in New Orleans.
They also discuss the fact that the Bon Ton had caught fire and everything they have to do in order
to rebuild and bring it back.
Then they talk of the Tchoup House of New Orleans and his quest for a good location.
Mary-Ann luvs the potatoes the Choup House serves with their steak; however, takes issue
