Celebrating National Guacamole Day, National Pickle Day and then today’s guest in the 2nd hour is Ryan Pearson, executive chef from Couvant about their Thanksgiving menu.

Located on a block known as a mixing bowl for produce merchants and famed mixologists, Couvant is a French insipired Louisiana Brasserie at 317 Magazine St, inside the Eliza Jane hotel.
