Tom has written a number of books, most notably Tom Fitzmorris’s New Orleans Food, Hungry Town, and The Lost Restaurants of New Orleans, though The Eat Book, celebrating 30 years of publication, remains a personal favorite.

Mary Ann has her own book, about her passion, family life. It’s called The Suzie Homemaker Chronicles, based on a newspaper column she wrote for eight years.
