Mimi Owens is a Children’s Book Author and Historical Preservation Advocate. She is also half of the dynamic duo The Right Chicks providing humorous conservative radio talk to the greater New Orleans area on WGSO 990AM. Mimi’s love for her hometown’s history and culture prompted her to want to educate young children in a fun way. She hopes that her children’s books “Who’s That, Daddy?” and “Richmond’s Pride, Robert E. Lee” will help children grow a healthy understanding and respect for their community’s History.
