Rosalind (Roz) Caire Murr comes from deep Southern roots, as for generations, the Caire family has owned and managed Caire & Graugnard Sugar along the Mississippi River.   As a lifelong Greater New Orleans area local, there is rarely a week without celebrations with family & friends. Rosalind’s large extended family promotes many festivities and is a vital part of her life. Mixology is not only a creative outlet for her.  It also enhances her family celebrations with a festive flair!
Now she is featured on social media & in Tchefuncte Living magazine in “Mixology with Roz” as a contributing writer.

Today, Roz’s guests are Greg and Thais Boothe, from The Blueziana Club in Folsom.  https://www.blueziana.com/   It’s a private, invitation only, club.   Roz and guests will be making a raspberry manhattan, one of the speciality cocktails Greg mixes up.  Ingredients are :,  1/2oz Chambourd, 1 1/2 1 oz bourbon, dash of angostura bitters, and Greg’s secret ingredient, 1/4 oz simple syrup., stirred, not shaken. 🙂
