Rosalind (Roz) Caire Murr comes from deep Southern roots, as for generations, the Caire family has owned and managed Caire & Graugnard Sugar along the Mississippi River.  Now she is featured on social media & in Tchefuncte Living magazine in “Mixology with Roz” as a contributing writer.

Today, Roz’s guest is Katie de la Rosa,  retail manager at Faubourg Brewery.  Katy and Roz are mixing up a “Shandy” lemonade and one of Faubourg’s seasonal beers.
