At Dorignac’s this week, lots of special events going on.  The St Joseph’s Altar will be blessed tomorrow at 10 am, and the serving to the public Wednesday, St. Joseph’s Day at noon.  Then beginning at 5 pm, a special bourbon tasting in Dorigncac’s  from master distillers.  Nicole explains all the symbolism behind the altars
