Don’s recipe for crab cakes:

for every pound of crabmeat, take  1/4 pound of raw shrimp and put it in your food processor til it makes a paste, and use that for your binder.  No mayo, no eggs, no breadcrumbs.  Mix with your crab meat, make a pattie and put in your fridge for about 30 minutes.  Then sautee in ghee or clarified butter.  Awesome!
