Tom has written a number of books, most notably Tom Fitzmorris’s New Orleans Food, Hungry Town, and The Lost Restaurants of New Orleans, though The Eat Book, celebrating 30 years of publication, remains a personal favorite.
Today, Mary Ann talks cooking recipes from Pati Jinich’s Treasures of the Mexican Table cookbook. Including making her own tortillas. She also talks peanut butter, lobster, and anything else that comes to The Food Show table.
