Sonya is an Hinac5 Ambassador, and Harm and Prevention Coordinator at the Capitol Area Reentry program and works with citizens who have been diagnosed with HIV/AIDS all over the state of Louisiana.

Sonya Milliman is a native of rural New York, who has 2 children of her own and
reared 4 others, she also has 2 grandchildren, and who has been living with
